This lovely old hotel is perfectly situated near the Palace of Versailles, just a short stroll away. The ambiance of the market square nearby adds to the charm, with plenty of cafes and restaurants to explore. I appreciated having on-site parking for a reasonable rate, making it easy to leave the car while we enjoyed our time site-seeing. The comfortable room provided a cozy retreat after our adventures.

The entrance looks like a horror movie set, truly sad. I was expecting a complimentary gesture for enduring these issues, but i guess that’s too much to ask. almost gave it a better rating but just couldn’t.

Fantastic location, just a short stroll to the majestic Versailles Palace. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay with the kids, especially with all the nearby restaurants and shops, making it convenient for our family meals.

My wife says that the beds could be more comfortable.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Du Cheval Rouge. The location was ideal, right by the vibrant market square and only a pleasant 15-minute stroll to the magnificent Palace of Versailles. The room was clean and comfortably furnished.

would love to stay here again.

The Superior Family Room was spacious and clean, with heating and soundproofing. Enjoyed the electric kettle, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom, which had a fabulous shower and free toiletries. The inner courtyard view was charming. Convenient parking on-site made things easy. Lots of nearby eateries.

i had a great time at du cheval rouge. my previous stay in versailles was nice, but this one exceeded my expectations with its cozy vibe and fabulous breakfast. the location was perfect for exploring the market and walking to the palace.
